Hi, y'all! My name is Alisha Boynton. I'm originally from Alabama. I moved to Utah for school. I attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. I have been teaching for 8 years. I love teaching and and the joy it brings.

In my free time I enjoy reading, crafting, sewing, watching movies, spending time with my family and friends. Ginger ale and dark chocolate are some of my favorite things. :)

Hi! My name is Shantel Bernabeu. I'm from Tacoma, Washington. I moved to Utah in 2003 and love it here. I have three kids. They are Abbie (19), Sidney (17), and Ashton (15). I have been teaching for 8 years. I graduated from UVU in 2012. I came to Mountain Trails in 2014. I taught 1st grade for four years and have taught 3rd grade for four years. Third grade is my favorite grade so far. I love teaching and love creating relationships with my students. Each student has a special place in my heart. I am going to miss my students so much!

In my free time, I like to read, watch movies, and spend time with my family and friends. Dr. Pepper and chocolate make me happy. :)

Hi! My name is Kaylee Trentman, and I am a Third Grade Teacher at Mountain Trails. This is my first year in third grade and I am so excited for what the rest of the year holds. I am originally from Colorado and came to Utah for school. I graduated from Utah Valley University and got married to my wonderful husband in 2017.

A few of my favorite things include: Spending time with my family, flying with my husband, playing board games, and Crumbl cookies.

Hello! My name is Mr. Larry Deuel. I have been teaching for 27 years. I began my teaching career in Victorville, California, teaching 6th Grade. Throughout my career, I have taught 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Grades. Our classroom pet is a Russian Tortoise named Leonardo (He is a Ninja Turtle!) I love riding my Harley-Davidson motorcycle, camping, hunting and eating chocolate chip cookies :-)
