Kindergarten and 1st: Login: 202s Password: catcat11. If it doesn’t log in, make sure there are no capitals or spaces. 2nd-6th Grade Login: They have an individual login and password. If it doesn’t work, have them delete and try again. If it still doesn’t work, they just need to help a neighbor. They should have their login information on the back of their name tag. If they don’t have their name tag and can’t log in, send them back to class to get their name tag.
All Classes Except for Kindergarten have to log out and clean up after themselves at the end of each class. Classes will help you clean the room when it is time to go.
Stop Class 3 minutes before they leave to help with cleaning.
After each class, if they have been good and followed the rules, they can earn a score of 1-4. 1 lowest and 4 is the highest. If they earn a 4, you give them a blue feather, and they get to take it back to class to put on an owl in their classroom. Once they earn enough feathers, they earn a reward. I give classes 2 warnings. On the 3rd warning, they lose their feather.
There are green. yellow, orange, and red cards to give to individual students at the desk in the back.
Green is an exceptional student who is following all the rules. I give this to my person of the day. And mark it on my seating chart.
Yellow Warning 1 minute off the computer
Orange- Fill out the Orange paper and write the rules. Can join the activity again after they write the rules.
Red card- off the computer, write a note on the back of the red card to have them give to the teacher to sign, and then return to me tomorrow.
Please write down any person and the class they are in who gets a red or orange card.
I pick a person of the day to carry the feather, and when they leave, that person can give high fives or knuckles to other students at the door as they are leaving. Mark their name with a highlighter on the seating chart because I keep track of who has been picked.
If students or classes are not working or are disrespectful, take them off the computers and give them Worksheets to do. (Worksheets by printer) There are no Google image searches or other content searches in my class. If they do this, it is an automatic off, and doing worksheets or given poems or word lists to type on Word.

**Thank you so much for taking my class. I hope you have a great day. Please leave me a note telling me how things went. Let me know which classes earned feathers and which one didn’t.
Management:
Coming In
I greet each class at the door, invite them in, and tell them to quietly come in and sit down at the computer or on the dots and wait for instructions. I don’t invite them in until they are quiet in the hall.
Leaving
When it is time to leave, about 3 minutes before, I have them log out. Then have them stand up and push their chair quietly. Unplug their headphones and check that they have their name tag and anything else they brought with them. If they are noisy, have them practice again.
Collect any papers and keep them separated by class.
Dismiss them by rows, row 1, 2, 3, and have them leave the classroom and wait at the end of the hall for their teacher. Don’t have kids line up and wait in the hall by the library windows.
Teachers should pick them up, but if the teacher isn’t there tell them to wait at the end of the hall.
5. Pick a person of the day. Someone who has been working hard, who has been respectful and kind, and listens to directions the first time. They get to carry the feather back to class and greet each person with a high five, elbow, or knuckles as they leave the room.
Attention Signal
Lower Grade: Eyes on me by the count of 3... 1, 1. Look at me. 2 fold your arms and 3 Ready to listen
Upper Grade: Eyes on me by the count of 3, or start counting down from 3.
Bathroom/Drinks
One person out at a time. It is right across the hall. Have them clip on the bathroom pass that is clipped to the blinds at the front.
Classroom Expectations
Be respectful
Follow Directions First Time
Enter and Exit Quietly
Take care of the equipment

Rewards/Consequences
Earn a feather if they have, in your opinion, earned a 4 (Followed all rules and expectations). If they get 3 warnings they do not get a feather.
Having them earn 5 minutes at the end of class to choose an activity off my website is motivating to them.
IF NOT following expectations
Give a verbal warning to stop the poor behavior
Give a yellow card and miss 1 minute of computer time
Give an orange card- Miss 15 minutes and write the rules (at the back desk near the counter)
Give a red card and write a note to the teacher telling them about the student’s behavior.
Printing
Unless given permission, students are not allowed to print.

Students are not allowed to search on the internet for images, music, or other content. Everything they need will either be on my website or in their Google Classroom. If students are on the wrong site this is an automatic orange card.
