We are excited to get to know each of the students in our class. Here is the schedule to make each students feel special during their week.
Monday: Poster
Your child will be given an "All About Me" poster to take home and design. It is organized with different topics for them to share about themselves. Please have your child bring the poster to school on the Monday that they are being spotlighted. If you would rather, you may create your own poster. :)
Wednesday: Parent letter to read in class
Please write a letter to be read aloud to the class about your child. Some ideas for the letter are to describe a special or funny story about your child or write a silly or heart felt note to them. The purpose of the letter is to get to know your child better. You can email the letter to Miss Crowley or handwrite it and have your child bring it with them to class. Miss Crowley will read the letter to the class.
Friday: Favorite book
Your child should bring one of their favorite picture books to read aloud to the class. If they choose a chapter book, we will read their favorite part or chapter.
Thank you for your help in making this a special week for your child. If you have any questions or need to switch your assigned week, please don't hesitate to reach out!
