If you are taking an AP class and want to take the test in May, now is the time to register. It is a two-step process.

Step 1 Go to myap.collegeboard.com and either sign in (if you’ve taken a test previously) or create an account. Click on the Join a Course or Exam button. (Must have the 6-character join code from your teacher.) Submit your join code. Verify course information – make sure the information that comes up is for the course you’re taking. If it is, click Yes. Fill out registration information. Please make sure all information is accurate. This is only done one time. If you are taking multiple AP courses, you will have to repeat the steps for each course you’re taking, using the unique join code for each one.

Step 2 Go to user.TotalRegistration.net/AP/450129. Pay for your test(s).
