To create a personalized YouScience profile, the tool engages students in a series of online exercises to help them identify their natural abilities, refine their specific areas of interest, and explore career opportunities that are aligned with their interests and aptitudes.

As of 2020, the Keys to Success platform is utilized statewide as a College and Career Readiness tool that provides resources for individuals on their own personal path to success.
