This challenge is for students that want to go above and beyond! Choose a topic from the Explorer Challenge that you would like to know more about. Use the Kiddle or the links below to research your topic. After you finish your research you will share your knowledge by writing 1-2 paragraphs about what you learned. Use the Explorer Challenge Form and return it to school with your Friday homework.

Read directions before beginning your Explorer Challenge!

Use the Explorer Challenge paper to complet your research report. Put the subject area and the number of the question you are researching. Write 1-2 paragraphs to answer the question and share what you have learned. (Paragraph must include topic sentence, 3 main ideas with 3 details each, and a conclusion.) Keep your challenge papers at your desk until you have completed 4 challenges (2 papers front and back.) Turn them into the Explorer Challenge basket. Your teacher will check them for completness and when you pass them off you will be given a 10-minute computer game time card. Check with your teeacher on a good time to play. When approved give your card to your teacher. A ten minute timer will be set. Congratulations on completing your research!
