Happy Spring Y'All!

Thanks for your feedback regarding Foothill Phil.  At this point, it looks like people are pretty happy with how it is now.  That is great!  We will continue with our current logo.  You might see as a mascot, someone in a space uniform to fit our logo and school mission.  What is the school mission?  It is, "At Foothill Elementary we inspire a passion for learning by exploring the past, discovering the present, and creating the future."

We will be going through class placements very soon for the 2024-2025 school year.  To help us with that, we would ask that you to complete this form regarding preferences for student placement. We will do our best to place your child(ren) with the right teacher without you having to request a specific teacher, but we do want to respect what you know about your child(ren).  We ask that you will trust the process our teachers go through in creating next year's class lists.  The opportunity to complete this form will close April 30th at 4:00pm.  It is not mandatory. It just helps.

Last, our 3rd through 6th grade students are currently taking the RISE end of year state assessments.  The window for completing the assessents closes May 10th.  Please do your best to not plan doctor, dentist, or vacation time during the next four weeks so our students can complete these tests.  You can contact your student's teacher to find out exactly when they will be taking these assessments during the next four weeks.  Our front office also knows by grade level.
