The Falcon's Nest Preschool
Preschool begins mid September and is in session until mid May. Registration is currently FULL for the 2024/25 school year. If you are interested in joining the waitlist for 2024/25 or 2025/26 school years, email cgrow@alpinedistrict.org. You will need to pay the $50 enrollment fee (non-refundable) to secure your spot once an opening becomes available.
Preschool meets from 9:15 AM to 12:00 PM in Room B112/B114 at Skyridge High School.
Preschool is held 2 or 4 days a week and is NOT held on Wednesdays. We follow the Alpine School District calendar. Preschool is not in held when High School is out of session since preschool is taught by high school students in the Early Childhood Education classes.
Preschool Enrollment Requirements
Children must be 3 years old and fully potty trained by Sept 1, 2024. Children are also required to be up-to-date on their immunizations.
Preschool for 2024/25 is $100 per month for 4 days/week or $80 per month for 2 days/week. Tuition is due by the 5th of each month. There is a $25 (per student) fee for late payments. An enrollment fee of $50 is due at the time of registration. This fee will hold your spot in the preschool and is non-refundable.
The Falcon's Nest Preschool is operated by our Director, Christine Grow and Head Teacher, Hope Taft with the Skyridge High School students as assistants. Our goal is to provide a wonderful and educational experience for your child and to help SHS students prepare for child-care professions.
Enrollment Process:
Email cgrow@alpinedistrict.org to see if there are any openings in the preschool. THEN:
Fill out Electronic Enrollment Application
Pay $50 non-refundable enrollment fee paid online through MySchoolFees. or in person at Skyridge Financial Office.
Copy of Immunization Records must be given to the director before the first day of Preschool.
The state requires a copy of your child's immunization records before services begin. Additional forms received in the Fall will also need to be completed.
