Phonics Instruction Options for 2023-2024
Option 2: Follow the Scope and Sequence of Wonders and Embed 95 Core Lessons into Wonders Scope and Sequence
Wonders is the driver as the Core Comprehensive Curriculum and 95 Core is used to add explicitness to the Phonics concepts. In this way, you can still use Wonders Decodables in Small Group Instruction as well as the Shared Read in K-1 because students will have been taught the patterns.
