Subject Line - always write a subject, what is your email about
Greeting - always start an email with a greeting. "Hello Mrs. Stonely", "Dear Mrs. Stonely", "Hi, Mrs. Stonely"
Be patient for a response. Everyone is busy and my not respond to you immediately.
Avoid Text Speak - don't use abbreviated words. "RN", "LOL", "Lit", "Cra cra", "IDK", "BTW", "LMK"
Use proper grammar - gmail will put red underline for misspelled words and blue underline for incorrect sentences.
Closing - always sign your name at the end. Can add a closing, "Thank you", "Hope to hear from you soon", "Sincerely"
