Draw your ideas on paper first so you are ready once you start to paint!
Be sure to put paper or paper towels under your rocks so you don't get paint on the area you are working!

Fold a piece of paper in half
Draw something on the first half and then make the lines dark! Go over your lines with a marker if possible
Fold your paper in the opposite way from how you started (inside out). Hold your folded page against the light of a window so you can trace your first half onto. your second half.
Open your paper and complete your symmetrical drawing by adding color if you can!
