This group of 5th grade students were very creative. We all knew exactly what was going on. 

The students drew a costume on a paper body while listening to a piece of classical music. They took this sketch to the art rotation and created a sturdy stick puppet. Then they brought it back to drama where we learned how to write dialogue form with stage directions for the puppets they had created. They performed their scripts with their puppets.
