In this time of uncertainty and rapid changes, some of us or our loved ones can be having a hard time with the news, loss of income and financial instability, health fears, feeling physically and emotionally isolated, and greater mental health issues.
It is an open document and will change hourly as people edit it. You can sign in to your Google account and work on it too. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis right now, please go to the very bottom of the document for numbers you can call.
You can also create your own version for your community, using some of the resources on the document and adding your own.
