Disseminate a monthly state directory with an up-to-date listing of each Virginia chapter's officers as well as officers and applicable committees at the district, state, regional and international levels of Alpha Delta Kappa.
Encourage sisters to maintain their individual profiles with up-to-date information on the International Alpha Delta Kappa website.
Virginia sisters are encouraged to update their individual profiles in the International directory at www.alphadeltakappa.org.

Each sister has the ability to update her own profile and the Chapter President, Chapter Treasurer, Chapter Membership Chairman, SPN President, SPN Treasurer, SPN Membership Consultant or Vice President for Membership can update their/a chapter roster on the Alpha Delta Kappa website.
The newly revised Virginia Leadership Directory includes chapter officer listings.
If contact information for a chapter officer changes, please first update the information in the International directory and then email Directory Committee Chairman, Rhonda Searles, rhondasearlesadk@gmail.com, or call her at (804) 310-7442.
Include the name of the sister as it appears in the International directory along with the name of her chapter and tell Rhonda that the information has been updated.
Rhonda will then consult the International directory and make the changes to the Virginia directory.

****Update 2024-2026 Chapter Officers Before May 1 ****
Follow these directions before May 1, 2024,
to update chapter officers for the 2024-2026 biennium on the International website
Log on to alphadeltakappa.org and under “Members Only”, select “Resource Library” and type “Updating Chapter Officer Roster” in the “Search Resources” bar. Beneath the bar, “Updating Chapter Officer Roster” will appear. Click on it.
This document clearly explains the steps to update your newly elected chapter officers for the 2024-2026 biennium. (Do not wait until the officers are installed to make the updates. Make the changes within a day or two of their election.)
As with other roster changes, the president, treasurer, and membership chair have the ability to make updates.
Lastly, send Rhonda Searles a short email with your chapter name, and she will update your officers in the Virginia Leadership Directory.
