She brings in a wealth of experience in the field of ICTs. Her experience spans across various sectors of the economy, Mining, Education,Banking and  Finance, Aviation, Manufacturing and Healthcare , Telecommunications and Agriculture. She is a seasoned professional with over 20 years experience. She holds Ph.d in Mathematics, an MBA, MSc Operations Research and Statistics, BSc Honours Degree Computer Science, Microsoft Certified Professional, Oracle Certified Specialist and several other technical professional qualifications. She is a member of various professional bodies in the SADC region. She has a proven history of successful project delivery .

Albert is an Investment Banking professional who is ecstatic about fostering economic expansion through the consummation of sustainable banking relationships.  He has seventeen years’ experience in the financial services sector specialising in treasury management, acquired from Zimbabwe and Sub Saharan African countries with traceable experience in fixed income and foreign exchange markets, assets & liability management (ALM), risk management and investment strategy formulation and implementation. This has afforded him the opportunity to acquire vast value adding skills in all functional areas of treasury, institutional, wholesale and retail banking. He has been involved in the origination, structuring, negotiation and execution of fixed income, currency and commodity transactions at large. He is a holder of a Master of Philosophy Degree in Development Finance (cum laude), MSc in Finance and Investments, B. Comm. Finance Honours, ACI Dealing Certificate and a Diploma from the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe (IOBZ). He is also an affiliate member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (CertT), Chartered Development Finance Analyst (CDFA), an Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers in Zimbabwe (AIBZ) and a member of the South African Institute of Financial Markets (MIFM).  He is currently a Doctoral student with the Stellenbosch Business School majoring in Development Finance.

An  academician and practicing economist with vast international experience. He was educated in prestigious universities located in three continents: North –West University, Central Michigan University, Boston University, New School University in New York, Bhopal University and Solusi College in Zimbabwe. He holds a PhD in Economics, two Masters degrees in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce.  Mzumara has held various professional positions including Professor, Chairman, Managing Director, Senior Economist, Financial Advisor and Consultant. He also held government positions in Africa and North America, has experience with Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, with NAFTA Secretariat in Washington DC, Massachusetts Port Authority (MASSPORT), New York Life Insurance Company and was a member of Technical Working Group on Regional Integration in Eastern and Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean under International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank, African Development Bank (AfDB) and European Commission.  He has served as a consultant for the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa and International Development Centre (Canada) and the European Commission. Professor Mzumara has taught in North America in graduate and undergraduate programs of Solusi University and also serves as a Visiting Professor at Catholic University of Mozambique in Master of Economics Program. He is an External Examiner for PhD at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa and National University of Science and Technology (NUST). He also supervises MPhil candidates at the University of Zimbabwe.  He is an Assessor for Great Zimbabwe University and Midlands State University. He is a director of several organizations.  He is currently with Bindura University of Science Education. He has written and published over 50 papers in international referred journals and several books. He is married to Maggie and have three children namely: Macleans jr currently in a Medical School, Hyveth Ayaranda studying in Cape Town and Solomon.
