Mrs. Groce's 1st Grade

About me:

My name is Julie Groce. This will be my 11th year to teach 1st grade. I'm so excited to get to work with you this year!

I graduated from Barren County High School in 1997. I received my Elementary Education degree from Western Kentucky University in 2001. In 2008, I obtained my Master's Degree in K-12 Counseling (also from WKU).

I have two sons named Paul and Andrew. Paul is in 7th grade and Andrew is in 2nd grade. My husband is a farmer and we have beef cattle.

I enjoy singing (especially praise and worship songs), walking, and helping out with the calves on the farm. Reading is also something I enjoy doing when I have the time.
