Communication Security Disclaimer: While our work email is HIPAA-compliant, standard SMS text messages and standard phone calls are not fully encrypted or secure methods of data transmission. We explicitly request that clients do not send Protected Health Information (PHI), medical updates, or clinical details via text or phone messages.
