We are a physical activity based support work team that works predominantly with NDIS participants of all abilities.

Physical activity based support work. Physical activity includes:
Exercise sessions in a gym, park, pool or your house
Daily movement (walking)
Sports sessions
Any other strength, balance, coordination, power, endurance or mobility/flexibility based exercises.
Injury rehabilitation alongside your allied health team
Individual & small group sporting activities
We can complete your physical activity in the comfort of your own home or safe place.
We can complete your physical activity at a local park
We can complete your physical activity in a safe and suitable gym.
We can complete your physical activity in a suitable pool.
First, we will contact you and chat about how we can help in your physical activity journey.
We will organise a time to catch up and speak about your goals and ambitions with relation to your physical health and wellbeing.
Then we will go through an appropriate movement assessment to make sure we provide you with the best physical activity, movement and exercise program that we can.
We will schedule in our weekly exercise session or sessions.
After that, we will get moving in a safe and supportive environment!
