Lisa McNeil CEO/Owner, RN, BSN, LALD
Lisa has worked across the Nursing spectrum as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse and Licensed Assisted Living Director. She has experience in Directing, Management in SNF/AL/MC Education, Hospice and currently provides education for Leading Age MN for waivered services and service packaging. She is a very seasoned Long-Term Care Consultant and has partnered with several consulting groups. Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree from Bemidji State University and is from Northern MN. Having grown up in a small town, Lisa enjoys focusing on rural areas and underserved populations. Lisa’s specialties include reimbursement, direct care, education, turn around projects and interim leadership.
Marie-Yvonne (Tito) Akinroluyo RN, BSN, MSN, MBA, LALD
Marie-Yvonne has a vast experience in all aspects for nursing from CNA to Nurse Administrator. She has a passion for quality improvement in long term care settings, and has worked in leadership roles in both long-term care and acute settings. She has a unique way of looking at the big picture. Tito started her nurse leadership consulting career in 2015. Tito received her Bachelor of Science degree at St. Kates University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and her dual Masters degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas. Being an immigrant, Tito has a passion for understanding and accommodating all cultures, which she incorporates into her holistic approach to healthcare. She has a vibrant personality.
Kris Martinez-Acosta RN Consultant
Kris has been a Registered Nurse in long-term care for over 30 years, Assisted Living for over 3 years and Home Care experience over 13 years. She has been in Nursing Leadership for her entire nursing career. Kris has been a Consultant since 2015 and her specialties include interim leadership, system analysis and restructuring for maximum efficiencies, positive outcomes and increasing reimbursement, state survey readiness and correction, Assisted Living acquisitions, documentation and assessment development and Clinical Education in Skilled, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Kris is also Wound Care Certified.
Susan Marie Look RN Consultant
Susan started her RN career on a busy TCU Unit. In 2014 she took on a leadership role as a Director of Education andInfection Control Nurse for a LTC facility. Her leadership role led her to Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing in LTC with a high acuity TCU, Long Term and Memory Care Units. She has been a Director of Nursing for LTC in facilities in Minnesota and Florida. In addition to LTC she served for 3 years as Clinical Administrator for Presbyterian Homes with Assisted Living, a Memory Care Unit and a High Acuity Unit with direct 24-hour nursing care in assisted living and meeting budget for each of the 3 years served. Susan was noted for educating her nurses on capturing all services provide by staff, increased revenue and budget for additional staffing to meet acuity. She also has served as a nursing consultant taking on various roles as needed from Interim Director, Education Director, Unit Manager, and providing support with survey readiness and correction. Susan has worked in both large and small facilities. She brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude and enjoys collaborating with team, creating strong culture and employee retention.
Lolita Jungers Marketing Director
Lolita has been in customer service for over 30 years. She graduated from college with emphasis in Business Administration. She has experience in marketing/Human Resources and has studied abroad in Ireland. Lolita was also an English instructor in Mexico.
Brett Lorenzen RN Consultant
Brett has been an RN for 6 years, with his first 3 years in Home Care, providing direct client care, before moving to Assisted Living for the last 3 years. Brett's commitment to quality and diligence in his work lead to his quick rise to leadership roles. His passion is caring for the elderly, and he connects easily with all patients he serves. Brett incorporates humor with his management style and has an eye for detail in systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all aspects of a facility.
Jennifer Johnson RN Consultant
Jennifer has had a very long career in long term care. She has worked in the areas of MDS, Home Care, Education and has been a Director of Nursing and Clinical Management. She has devoted her life and career to advocating for the elderly and brings a very calming presence. She is versed with compliance in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Home Care.
Corissa Foss RN BSN MHA
Corissa has been in the nursing field for over 30 years and has experience in hospital,home care, acute care, assisted living, skilled nursing environments. Beginning her journey as a nursing assistant, Corissa went on to obtain her practical nursing license, ASN and BSN from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN, and received her Master’s in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has extensive experience in leadership and quality assurance, with an emphasis on SNF/ALF/MC settings. Corissa has a passion for QAPI, developing performance improvement and plans, and regulatory compliance. Corissa is currently working towards her Assisted Living Administrator licensure and certification for Infection Prevention and Control.
I have worked with Lisa McNeil on a number of projects where she was the Director of Nursing and I was the Executive Director. I have found Lisa to be an expert in Clinical Practice and improving the quality of care and regulatory compliance. She is phenomenal at training clinical leadership in a building the right way to document care, care plan and working with an Inter disciplinary Team. She is a very good teacher at getting a team to work together for the common good of the facility and care of the residents. I have seen her dig into very chaotic situations and bring order to the chaos. She and I worked together on a building that was on Special Focus List with the State of Minnesota for over two years and within 7 months got the facility back in compliance and off the Special Focus List. I whole heartedly recommend Lisa McNeil as a nurse consultant for consulting in a skilled facility or Assisted Living facility.
