Skål International Nashville, an association of travel and tour professionals, will provide eight scholarships in 2026 to students of the Academies of Nashville to pursue post-secondary education focused on the hospitality industry. This one-time $2,500 award opportunity is open to any senior in the Academies of Nashville in any pathway. Potential awardees must intend to enroll as a full-time student in an accredited post-secondary hospitality, hotel management, recreation management, culinary arts, or similar program for the upcoming academic year.
Notification of awards will be made on May 1, 2026. Any student notified of the award on May 1 will have 30 days to (a) accept or decline, and (b) show proof of acceptance into their chosen program. The award of $2,500 will be paid directly to the school/program to which the student has been accepted.
Applicants must submit all of the following components by the application deadline to be considered:
Completed online application
References to include one (1) academic and one (1) professional/community
Resume to include work, volunteer, and extracurricular experience, both paid and unpaid
