2026 POSITIVE SCHOOLS CONFERENCE

We are now accepting proposals for Positive Schools Conference sessions! 

Successful session proposals will include tools and practices that educators, staff, and key partners can integrate and embed in the classroom. Submissions should include how their session will demonstrate a powerful connection between positive schools practices and one of the following focus areas:

Positive Schools + Student Success

Positive Schools + Student Belonging

Positive Schools + Adult Wellness

Positive Schools + Family Engagement

All sessions will be 50 minutes in length and should include no more than three presenters. Workshop presenters can be educators, school leaders or staff, or community partners from within Metro Nashville or the State of Tennessee.

Session proposal deadline: March 24, 2026

Acceptance notifications will begin April 24, 2026

PSC EXHIBITOR ($350): Includes ONE complimentary partner registration and lunch as well as a 6-foot skirted table & chair in exhibitor alley, and organization logo on conference mobile app.

PSC FRIEND ($750): Includes TWO complimentary partner registrations and lunch, as well as a 6- foot skirted table & chairs in exhibitor alley, and organization logo on conference mobile app. In addition, each sponsor will have their logo included in plenary session slides.

PSC SUPPORTER ($1250): Includes TWO complimentary partner registrations and lunch, as well as a 6-foot skirted table & chairs in exhibitor alley, and organization logo on conference mobile app. In addition, each sponsor will have their logo included in plenary session slides and be featured on signage at our snack and lunch stations.

PSC MINDFULNESS ($2000): Sponsor A Day of Mindfulness, a dedicated room for attendees to explore mindfulness practices! Includes TWO complimentary partner registrations and lunch, as well as a 6-foot skirted table & chairs in exhibitor alley, and organization logo on conference mobile app. In addition, this sponsor will have their logo included and be recognized in plenary session slides and will be named A Day of Mindfulness sponsor in room signage.

PSC AWARDS ($2500): Celebrate the Positive Schools Awards with us and present one of the awards on stage. Includes TWO complimentary partner registrations and lunch, as well as a 6-foot skirted table & chairs in exhibitor alley, and organization logo on conference mobile app. In addition, sponsor will have their logo included in plenary session slides and will be named Awards sponsor.
