Registration is now open for the 2026 Positive Schools Conference at James Lawson High School on July 16.
This year’s theme, Positive Schools, Powerful Connections, brings educators, leaders, and partners together to strengthen the relationships and practices that help students and schools thrive.
We are especially excited to feature, in a plenary session, a Lumi Student Showcase with Colin Kaepernick, elevating student voice and celebrating storytelling as a powerful force for connection and change.
Participants will experience transformative workshops, connect with their peers, and gain practical strategies aligned to key focus areas:

All MNPS tickets are funded, allowing staff and educators to attend at no cost. This event is a stipend-paid summer professional development opportunity for eligible MNPS participants.
