What this course offers
Safe Mother Foundations is an 8-week, self-paced online course designed to help you:
• Recognize survival patterns like people-pleasing, over-achieving, perfectionism, and shutdown
• Gently explore where these patterns came from — without reliving or forcing trauma
• Learn how to notice when you’re self-abandoning and come back to yourself
• Practice somatic and reflective tools that support regulation, not performance
• Experiment with asking for support in small, realistic ways
• Build a felt sense of safety that doesn’t depend on doing everything “right”
This is not a course you rush through.
It’s something you return to when you need grounding.
How the course is structured
Each week includes:
• A short teaching video exploring one common survival pattern
• A personal example shared from lived experience
• Gentle journaling and reflection prompts
• Simple movement or embodiment invitations
• Guided meditations and nervous-system practices
• A curated resource list for deeper support
Some of the recordings include the natural sounds of real life — including children in the background.
This is intentional. Safety doesn’t require silence or perfection.
What this course is not
• It is not therapy (though it is trauma-informed)
• It does not promise transformation or instant relief
• It does not push positivity, productivity, or performance
• It does not ask you to bypass anger, grief, or fatigue
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about creating enough internal safety to stay with yourself.

As a survivor of complex childhood sexual boundary trauma, Reanna brings a rare blend of lived experience, somatic wisdom, and grounded leadership to her work. She has spent over a decade unwinding generational patterns, rebuilding safety in her body, and transforming the nervous system responses that trauma imprints on parenting.
She has facilitated year-long sacred sexuality circles, guiding 10–20 participants through shame-free conversations about intimacy, healing, and embodiment. Known as the “go-to” person in her communities for discussions about taboo or difficult subjects, she creates a field of safety where vulnerability, truth, and transformation can unfold.
With a professional background as a business owner, corporate controller, and facilitator, Reanna brings structure, ethics, clarity, and emotional maturity to her work. She blends trauma awareness, somatic tools, and sacred sexuality to help parents reconnect with their bodies, understand their survival patterns, and develop healthy boundaries—so their children can grow up protected, attuned, and free.
