Transition

Year 11 -12

Students can find Maths at AS very challenging.

We want to make the transition as seamless as possible allowing you to have every chance of being highly successful and enjoying Maths in year 12.

Students may wish to complete this summer worksheets ready for September.

There will be an assessment in September to identify strengths and areas to improve so students can reflect on prior learning in preparation for there A'level course.

We also have a student voice that we would like to invite students to complete in order to help us improve the department together.

Year 12 - 13

Similar to the jump from IGCSE to AS Level, there is also a leap between AS and A Level Mathematics. With this in mind we have organised this set of work for you to complete over the Summer holidays to consolidate your AS learning and best prepare you for the a Level to come.
