Opening hours when school is in session are:
Primary Campus - Mondays to Fridays : 7.30am to 3.30pm
Secondary Campus- Mondays to Fridays : 7.30am – 3.30pm
Opening hours during school holidays for both campuses are:
Mondays to Fridays : 8:00am – 3:00pm
Please note that:
we cannot refund any purchases made;
exchange of any unused, unwashed and non-altered item are permitted as long as the items are in its' original condition and packaging. Please also present the original receipt for the exchange;
swimwear items cannot be exchanged to ensure good hygiene. Students are required to try on the swimwear before making the purchase.

Orders can be made by either physically visiting the school shop or completing an order form and emailing to admin.jb@alice-smith.edu.my for Primary Campus or frontdesk.ep@alice-smith.edu.my for Secondary Campus. All items ordered via order form will be available for collection from the school shop on the next day.
Made to measure uniforms are available for students who are not able to fit into the available sizes. Please contact the school shop to arrange for an appointment.
