Guidelines for Oral Presentation
Preference for Oral Presentation needs to be mentioned in the Registration form.
The Organizing Committee will select some of the submitted abstracts for Oral presentation.
The total time allotted will be 10 minutes. 07 minutes for presentation and 03 minutes for discussion.
Presentation should focus on the scientific content and results of the study, depicted with appropriate graphs and charts.
Personal laptops will not be allowed. Presentations must be emailed by 7th February by 5PM.
Ensure that the videos in the presentation are working by previewing it with audio-visual personnel.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
Registration is mandatory for participation in Poster session and abstract publication in the Abstract book.
Selected poster will be given a number. The organizing committee will inform the presenter of the date of poster presentation.
The poster will be a physical poster with size A0 (3 feet in width and 4 feet in height).
Poster structure: Title - Author Details - Background - Objective(s) - Brief Methodology - Results - Conclusions – Acknowledgements-References.
The Presenter and Corresponding Author must be marked clearly.
Please put up your poster at the designated date and time during the conference. Presenters need to carry board pins or double sided tape.
The presenter must wear an official conference badge while presenting the poster.
Certificate for presentation will be given only to the Presenter.
Guidelines for Young Investigator
Should be a PhD
Less than 40 years of age
Working as a faculty at an educational institute
Presentation time slot of 15 Minutes
Focus should be on independent research carried out during last five years
Guidelines for Budding Researcher
Presentation time slot of 10 Minutes
Focus should be on research gap, methodology and generated data.
Abstract Format
