To request academic support and/or tutoring opportunities from course instructors, students may email their teachers to schedule meetings through Cisco Webex or to schedule in person, office hour support. Instructor email addresses may be found in the introduction section of the course, accessed on the Moodle platform.
To report a problem and request support for issues related to technical difficulties, students can access the helpdesk link on the Moodle course homepage, in the Main Menu Block, or access the helpdesk form here.
