I am the Digital Learning and Innovation Specialist for Alexander County Schools. I graduated from Onondaga Community College in 1991 with an associates degree in Humanities, Buffalo State College in 1995 with a bachelors degree in Exceptional Education and Saint Joseph College in 2002 with a masters degree in Elementary Education, and completed an add-on from Appalachian State University Graduate Non-Degree Student Program for Technology Facilitator Endorsement (079). I completed my Master of Library Science at Appalachian State University in December 2018. Since 1996 I have taught first through sixth Elementary Education, Exceptional Children, and was a High School Media Center.
My family and I moved to North Carolina in 2004. I live in the Mountain View area with my husband of twenty years and our two children. We love to take walks, bike rides, swim, and travel together.
