Mrs. Chapman has been in the Alexander County School system for 28 years. She has an elementary education degree from Lenoir Rhyne College, a Masters of Library Science from Appalachian State, and an Education Specialist Degree in Higher Education, with a concentration in Instructional Technology, from Appalachian State.
