Since 2006, ACCESS has been providing students with opportunities to learn through online instruction. Currently, ACCESS is used by over 400 schools in Alabama. With the enrollment of 24,766 students, ACCESS has more students enrolled than the combined, total enrollment of the 11 largest high schools in the state. Compared to the enrollment numbers for AL's public universities, ACCESS would rank #4, right behind the University of Alabama, Auburn University, and Troy University!
