How long is each session?

Individual therapy and supervision/consultations are one hour per session. Group sessions are two hours.

How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions depends on your progress and needs. We can decide together during our initial consultation.

How much do sessions cost?

For individual therapy, you may be eligible for funded or subsidized sessions, so please contact us to discuss.

For supervision and cultural consultation, we charge $170
