Abdul Aleem Khan is an Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. He was born on 5th of October, 1972 in Lahore, Pakistan. Received his early education from Crescent Model School, Lahore and then did his Bachelor of Arts from Government College, Lahore.

He started active participation in politics by contesting for a National Assembly seat in the General Elections held in the year 2002. Following this, Abdul Aleem Khan contested the By-Elections for the seat of the Provincial Assembly and was elected as an M.P.A. in 2003. In November 2003, he took the oath as the first Minister for Information Technology, Punjab. In 2012, he joined the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and became the president of Lahore and then became the president of the Central Punjab for the party. In 2018, he became a M.P.A. from Lahore (PP-158) and later joined the Cabinet as a senior minister for Local Government & Community Development, Punjab. He has also served as the Food Minister of Punjab.

The Foundation is currently running free Water Filtration Plants, free dispensaries and an orphanage for girls by the name of “Apna Ghar,” Rising Sun Institute for special children and Begum Naseem Khan Memorial Girls High School providing free education for underprivileged girls. The foundation has also taken up the responsibility to help pay the fines of prisoners who have completed their sentences but cannot afford to pay, to secure their release and give them another chance at a better life.

As Pakistan was devastated by the flash floods this year, Abdul Aleem Khan foundation like always was present to lend a helping hand to those affected by these deadly floods. All those affected by the floods in the provinces of Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan were provided relief in the form of Rations, Blankets and Tents.
