My password doesn't work. (Graduates)

If you have graduated, you no longer have access to your Aldine email so it's likely you can't reset your TCB password.

I need to get my TCB certificates but I've graduated and my Aldine email address doesn't work anymore.

I need to send my TCB Certificates for English and Math to my college, but I can only see one certificate.  

It's possible you didn't complete the requirements for that subject of Texas College Bridge. 

It's also possible you are TSI-ready in the other subject because you passed the TSI test or scored high on the SAT.  

Ms. Hader sent you an email titled "Sending TSI Scores" in May and asked you to forward it to your personal email.  See if you have that email.  If you don't have it, you can follow these instructions to look up your TSI and SAT scores.   TSI     SAT
