REIMBURSEMENT FORM - REQUEST A CHECK
To help us stay on budget and allocate funds properly in the future, please be as specific as possible and itemize all amounts with your check reimbursement request. Requests should be made within one month of expenditure or 10 days post-event, whichever is sooner. Please contact the Alden PTA Treasurer at treasurer@aldenpta.org with questions. Alden PTA provides grade level grants (greater than $350) to support Alden PTA’s mission to enhance the academic experience and social-emotional learning of Alden School students. Click here for the grade level grant request form.
Alden PTA provides mini grant funding ($350 or less) for innovative and creative learning purposes. In addition, grants must coincide with Alden PTA’s mission to enhance the academic, social and emotional experience of students; develop activities that foster a sense of community and encourage engagement among students, parents, staff and administrators. SCHOLASTIC DOLLARS - NEW FOR 2023-2024
Alden PTA is pleased to offer $100 in Scholastic Dollars to all full-time staff who work directly with students at Alden Elementary School to purchase books to enhance the students' learning experience. Scholastic Dollars will be distributed to use at the fall book fair. Click here to request a $100 stipend.
