Operation Special Delivery

A brief history:

Operation Special Delivery began many years ago as a way for Aldan residents to send greetings to friends and neighbors who were serving our country and who could not be home for the Holidays. That project, started by the our partners in the Aldan Civic Boosters, has grown into Operation Special Delivery.
