About Bees Knees

The Bee's Knees was founded by the students of the Alcuin Montessori Middle School 2019-2020 class for educational purposes. It follows the guidelines set by Maria Montessori, and the idea of Erdkinder, meaning "land children"; that the students grow the ingredients and run the business. The Bees Knees is split up into three smaller businesses; Bake House, Moss Maniacs, and Slime shop are all run by our management team made up by 8th graders.
