Hello! My name is Kelsey Jacobs. I am entering my 5th year as a School Counselor and my 3rd year here at Alburnett! I grew up in Marion and graduated from Linn-Mar High School in 2014. I went on to receive my Bachelor of Arts in Family Services and Mental Health from UNI in 2018. After that, I continued at UNI and received my Masters in School Counseling in 2020. Previously, I worked for Iowa Virtual Academy before making my way to Alburnett.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. August of 2023, my husband and I welcomed our son, Jameson. He has been the best addition to our family! We also have a 10 year old pup named Payton who is the best dog. We love to travel, try new food places, be outside and watch movies.
