Hello! My name is Brittany Guler. I am originally from Newton, Iowa and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2015 with a Master's degree in School Counseling. My husband, Brian, and I adopted Jessie in June of 2015 when she was 7 weeks old. Jessie started training to become a therapy dog when she was just 10 weeks old. Her training was completed in August of 2016 and she has been visiting with students and staff at Alburnett ever since! Her favorite "hobbies" are playing fetch, getting belly rubs and sitting for treats from students. My favorite hobbies are spending time with family and friends, being outside and being able to watch students learn and grow! I am excited to be adding 2 of my own children to Alburnett Schools this year. I now get to say that I'm an Alburnett employee and parent!
