If you are concerned for the wellbeing of your child, a visit to your local doctor is the first step in seeking support. Your doctor will be able to perform a basic mental health assessment and refer your child on to the most appropriate mental health professionals.
At Albert Park College, we have a team of counsellors available to provide one on one counselling sessions with your child. This is by appointment only and is dependent on the capacity of the counselling team.
If you would like your child to see a school counsellor, reach out to their Positive Education Leaders who will be able to discuss the availability and referral process with you.
