AB Consulting is thrilled and honoured to be working on the latest project of the PACCT Learning Center Building project in Chicago. We will be responsible for the Net-Zero Energy (NZE) design and modelling. Stay tuned as we will unfold progress of this project moving forward. The concept of Biodiversity Matrix is a unique ecological sustainable feature to increase local biodiversity, introducing native fauna attracting non-hazardous fauna to otherwise inorganic built form on cleared barren land. New habitats are created within building and terrain. It evaluates interactions of constructed habitats with flora selected to attract fauna for feeding, breeding, refuge, seeking water.

NZE Concept Highlight - Advanced Gasification (Renewable Energy from Wastes)
Advanced Gasification is a key technology for reducing carbon and achieving Net Zero using waste to generate renewable heating, cooling, and power while producing biochar that sequesters carbon. Systems range from as small as 240kg per day to full city-scale systems, so these highly scalable systems can achieve over 90% landfill diversion on sites as small as a city Lot. Instead of costing money, they generate a profit. Going green has never been so good.
