Our teachers are dedicated to providing your children with a focused and enriching camp experience. To maintain their full attention on classroom activities and to respect their privacy, we do not share teachers’ personal phone numbers.
If a teacher needs to get in touch with you, it will be done through official communication channels (email, messaging app, or a call coordinated by the Program Director).
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful and effective communication process.
Jazakum Allahu Khairan,
Al-Baseerah Academy Summer CampÂ
At Al-Baseerah Academy Summer Camp, we are committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing, and welcoming environment for all children. We believe every camper deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive, regardless of developmental, behavioral, or medical needs.
Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), AFRID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), and developmental delays are welcome to attend our summer camp. Inclusion is at the heart of our values, and we aim to support each camper's success to the best of our ability.Â
To ensure we can provide a safe and supportive experience, we kindly ask parents/guardians to:
- Notify us of any diagnosis or special needs during registration
- Provide relevant information about dietary needs, behavioral concerns, or support strategies
- Participate in a phone consultation with the Program Director to discuss accommodations
- Send meals or snacks from home, especially in cases of AFRID or food sensitivities
While we strive to accommodate a wide range of needs, Al-Baseerah Academy is not a specialized therapeutic or clinical camp. We may not be equipped to safely serve children requiring continuous one-on-one supervision, medical care, or behavioral intervention. Acceptance will be determined on a case-by-case basis following consultation.
If your child has specific needs, please contact our Program Director, Mrs. Samira, to schedule a discussion. We are happy to work with families to make summer camp a meaningful and successful experience for every child, InshaaAllah.
Jazakum Allahu Khairan for entrusting us with your child’s summer experience.
