West Albany High School Cheerleading’s mission is to provide a positive and competitive program that is as affordable for athletes as possible. As a member of West Albany Cheer, we support our fellow football and basketball athletes by cheering at their games, as well as supporting the West Albany community as a whole, and compete at local cheer competitions, including the OSAA State Cheerleading Championships. As a member of the team athletes learn the value of hard work, build self confidence, learn to work as a team, and build relationships that can last a lifetime.
Your potential sponsorship can help the 2024-25 West Albany Cheerleaders:
Attend 4-6 local cheer competitions, with a cost of approximately $3000 throughout the year.
Purchase additional tumbling equipment.
Pay stipends to additional coaching staff needed for our growing program. The school district only pays for two coaches, and we need between 3 and 6, depending on the size of our teams.
