Description
The Program Manager is a joyful, well organized, and objective leader able to connect well with the participants and with her program team. She works well one on one as well as promoting unity and a positive group environment.
Responsibilities
Oversees all residential program operations by coordinating participant placements, supporting and supervising residential staff, managing relief workers, and arranging alternative housing for program exits, while ensuring all homes are well-maintained through regular upkeep and quarterly deep cleaning.
Faithfully carries out the organization’s mandate by advancing its Vision and Mission with a caring, service-oriented, and spiritually grounded approach, fostering a safe and healthy community, promoting team-based collaboration, and continually evaluating program effectiveness while reporting progress to the Directors.
Establishes program goals and management outcomes aligned with strategic plans and leadership direction while fostering team collaboration through open communication, positive working relationships, and clear lines of accountability to ensure effective daily program management.
Manages networking, intake, and program operations by building and maintaining referral relationships, conducting participant assessments and intakes, coordinating program entry and support services, and redirecting applicants when appropriate. Oversees day-program scheduling, curriculum, classes, celebrations, and reporting, while providing direct case management through regular planning meetings, goal tracking, appointment support, and primary responsibility for participant discipline in collaboration with the Program Team.

Description
The Communications Coordinator will lead and support Alba’s communications efforts by
creating, implementing, and coordinating initiatives across the social media team, digital
creatives, and partnership development team. This role not only provides direction and
oversight but also works alongside each team as needed to help effectively communicate and promote the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
Content creation
Writing copy for organization newsletters, organization highlight articles for the public, and other content to be distributed via various channels, such as social media, websites, and blogs
Media relations
Managing media inquiries, and liaising with external companies to conduct briefings and
lead press conferences
Marketing and advertising materials
Creating marketing and advertising materials, such as brochures, billboards, promotional
banners, storefront posters, and other items that carry company logos
Brand consistency
Ensuring that all content is engaging, informative, user-friendly, and adheres to the
company's brand
Relationship building
Fostering positive relationships with financial partners and working closely with directors
and cross-functional teams to convey key messages and achieve organizational goals
Research and evaluation
Conducting research, analysis, and evaluation of the impact and outcomes of the
communication activities

Administrative & Ministry Support

Primary Duties
• To fulfill the requirements of all housing procedures.
• To follow all existing policies and procedures regarding housing activities.
• To follow the vision, policies and procedures of the organization.
• To promote a team approach to problem solving among the participants.
• To provide overall supervision with a caring and servant oriented disposition, so as not to lose sight of the spiritual component of Alba.
Intake Duties
• To be a part of the intake interview with the Program Director.
• To welcome new participants into the residential program.
• To orient new participant in the home, how spaces are used and shared, and the cleaning routine.
• To orient new participant in the neighborhood.
• To explain procedures and residential rules to new participant.
General Duties
• Supervise and provide support to program participants.
• Complete all weekly logging and forward to Program Director.
• Participate in weekly team meetings with the program staff.
• Ensure general tidiness and cleanliness of house is maintained.
• Supervise participant grocery shopping outings.
• Grocery shop for house needs.
• Maintain weekly bookkeeping and monthly reporting of residential expenses.
• Teach program participants basic life skills (e.g. keep rooms clean, do regular chores, stick to schedules and abide by rules, etc.).
