HUGS- IRS Requirements

These are IRS Requirements. 

• Bylaws (renewed every 5 years) Free

• Financial Review - Yearly- Due by Nov 15th

• 990- Yearly- Due by Nov 15th Stamp Fee.   

•  Department of Law- Renew Yearly $40  

• Business License- Renew Yearly $50  

• Insurance - Renew by Dec. 1 $175 

• Monthly State Dues- Due by the 25th of each Month 1st due by Sept 25th. 

• Officers List- Every year or anytime officers change.  If using Memberhub , no emailing or mailing list is needed. 1st due by Sept 25th. 

• Membership List including Name , phone and email- If using Memberhub , no emailing or mailing list is needed. 1st due by Sept 25th.
