February Fitness Challenge
49 Fit is a fitness and wellness challenge in which you compete with yourself in the name of consistency into the Spring 2026 semester! With exercise activities ranging from forms of cardio to strength training and psychological wellness activities such as meditation and journaling, 49 Fit encourages you to branch out from what you usually do for your health and dial in what you already do well. Log each activity session in the google form found below. Each activity has recommended goals for those who don't have any experience and for those who already have a consistent regimen. You earn points for each completed activity. You can exchange your total points for the month at Outdoor Adventures for prizes.
Goal Chart
For cardio activities and yoga, the 1-point goal can be completed by finishing 2 30-minute sessions per week for the month. The 3-point goal can be completed by finishing 5 60 minute sessions per week for the month.
