Stop and think for a minute: What is your motivation?

To help celebrate National Distance Learning Week (NDLW), we are going to share some tips to get motivated as you finish out this semester. Only a month away until everyone's favorite week is upon us... finals week!

Take a well deserved break for a few minutes and see what your UAA community has to say about motivation.

In a 2014 Cengage poll, college students were asked: "What keeps you going throughout the day?"

Do you know what the top two responses were? The motivation to graduate (32%) and a positive outlook (27%). (Cengage Report) Each one of us has different motivations in our college education - find your motivation and hold onto it. There will be stressful days, easy days, and everything in between. Don't lose sight of your goals and remember that you have great support in the UAA community. Read below for some comments and advice from our UAA staff, faculty, and students.
