Build bridges between meteorological professionals, students, and the broader public across northern Alaska.
Support education and outreach at all levels—from K–12 programs and undergraduate/graduate education to community science events.
Strengthen connections with the military weather community, fostering mutual learning and collaboration inside and outside the service.
Advance the field by promoting local expertise, outreach initiatives, and opportunities for professional development.
UAF is located at Troth Yeddha', on the unceded traditional homelands of the Lower Tanana Dené People and is grateful for the long stewardships of these lands.
