Student and Parent Guide to Continuous Learning



Step 1: Make sure that your device is connected to the internet.

Once the computer is connected to WiFi, the student will login to the device with their school Gmail username and password. (If a blue box appears, please click sign in with different account prior to typing in the gmail username.)


If your child is a K-2 student, he or she may use their Clever badge to login to the computer as well.

Step 2: Login to Clever to access all your learning applications.

Clever is also available for Ipads or Iphones in the app store:

Go to Clever.com/in/alamogordo and login using your Clever Badge or your school Google Account.

Step 3: Find your learning materials

How-To Access Google Classroom for Students

(Through your Clever Portal)

Even though Google Classroom Assignments will not go live unti April 7th, we want you to have the information needed to go ahead and login to your classrooms.

From a Chromebook:

  1. Click on the Google Classroom Icon.

  2. If your teacher already had a Google Classroom set up while you were at school, click on the icon for their class.

  3. If you do not see an icon for your teacher's class, check your email for the invite or class code.

  4. Once you have joined the class, click on the icon for your new class.

  5. Once in the class, click on the classwork tab to see any assignments or materials that your teacher has shared with you.


From a PC:

  1. To access Google Classroom on a PC, you must login with your Google Account.

  2. It will prompt you to enter your username and password. Once you have entered your information, it will take you to Google Classroom homepage.

  3. If you do not see an icon for your teacher's class, check your email for the invite or class code.

  4. Once you have joined the class, click on the icon for your new class.

  5. Once in the class, click on the classwork tab to see any assignments or materials that your teacher has shared with you.
