CTE CSD

Welcome to CSD CTE 1 for the 2025-2026 school year! This is a full-year entry-level course in the Career Technical Education ICT/Computer Science [CS] Pathway. 

The course is designed to empower students to engage with CS as a medium for creativity, communication, and problem-solving. The class simulates the professional world with students working primarily in pairs or teams to complete their assignments. 

Course content will cover beginning programming, CS big ideas such as the internet and algorithms, along with the soft skills necessary to succeed in college and career. This course will cover web and game developments using HTML, CSS, Python, & etc..
