This page is meant for parents/guardians who are assisting a child who is trying to access the school Google account.
Aeries is AUSD's student information system, used for enrollment, attendance, grades, report cards, transcripts, test scores, authorizations, and more. Students in grades 6-12 and Parent/Guardians have access to Aeries and are encouraged to login regularly: Aeries Family Portal login page

Students login using their AUSD Gmail address:
New accounts (6th grade and new students) log into your AUSD Gmail account and look for an email from AlamedUSD@aeries.net. The email will have information for logging in for the first time.
If you can't find the email or if you are a returning student and can't remember your password, use the "forgot password" link on the Aeries Family Portal login page.
Clever is an application launch site where students can access programs and platforms by grade level. When students are in their AUSD Google account, they can access this platform. See this page for more details.
Visit this page for a tour of the student side of Google Classroom. Parents and Guardians, you can't join Google Classroom. You can look over your student's shoulders and assist younger students, but you cannot enroll as a student. You can receive Guardian Summaries.
Google Family Link is getting new tools to help parents manage their kids' devices. The app has a new design with a dedicated Screen Time tab for managing screen time limits and Downtime. Parents can also easily manage their child's account, privacy settings, and content filters on the Controls tab.
