The early market for U.S. agricultural biogas systems was dominated by farm owned and operated systems. This began to change when the economic benefits of systems increased due to federal and state policy. Since then, farm-based biogas projects have faced a variety of challenges that require advanced expertise to overcome. Often farmers turn to Developers who offer engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for this expertise. Navigating the nuances of the various providers in the space can be daunting. With detailed feasibility analysis and market intelligence farmers can make the best decisions for their needs.
